Sometimes the universe conspires against us. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your TOV product, we will do our best to help and therefore offer the following TOV warranty.
TOV warrants that the TOV goods sold comply with the description contained in this Warranty. All parts and products are warranted for one year from the date of delivery except: parts and products used for commercial, contract, rental trade, institutional, or any other non-residential purposes; parts and products that have not been maintained in accordance with the care recommendations provided by TOV; parts and products damaged resulting from the Consumer’s improper assembly; or parts and products that are damaged or defective due to normal wear and tear.
To exercise rights under this warranty, proper documentation, i.e. photography, purchase order number, manufacturer’s unit code, and or any other pertinent information upon request is required. TOV reserves the right to repair or replace the product within the warranty period based upon the documentation received as support of a claim for consideration. If a customer declines the repair option and opts for a return, it will be categorized as a return due to buyer's remorse, and the customer may be liable for buyer's remorse fees. TOV will not replace or repair any product if improper maintenance, improper handling or improper use caused the damage. Any TOV product sold from or modified by a Non-Authorized Dealer, Seller or Consumer will void the Warranty. TOV does not supply repair parts free of charge to a third-party, unaffiliated warranty service provider. This warranty does not cover products sold or designated “AS IS” at the time of purchase. Warranty does not cover minor or production variation between product images and the sold product. Cost of packaging and shipping to and from TOV is not covered by the warranty unless expressly arranged by TOV. This warranty does not extend to furniture that has been exchanged or replaced by TOV as settlement of an original claim of defective merchandise.
TOV warrants all our upholstery and fabrics against defective materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. TOV will, at its discretion, repair or replace any piece of furniture that is found to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty covers seam failures, fabric separations, and nap loss. Excluded from warranty are cover pilling, fading, stretching, cuts, rips, discoloration, and sagging.
TOV warrants to the original purchaser that for one year from the date of purchase. TOV will, at its discretion, repair or replace any piece of furniture that is found to be defective in material or workmanship.
Natural markings such as grain variations, wrinkles, etc., will be considered normal characteristics and not considered as defects. Nature’s trademarks leave no two stones or marble items the exact same, so color and size variations may occur.
Any item repaired or replaced under the Warranty will be covered by the Warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period only.

All parts and products are warranted for one (1) year except parts and products for commercial, contract, rental trade, institutional, or any other non-residential purposes; parts and products that have not been maintained in accordance with the care recommendations provided by TOV and the retailer from whom the product was purchased; parts and products damaged resulting from Buyers improper assembly; or parts and products that are damaged or defective due to normal wear and tear. All upholstery products are warranted for one (1) year. All natural wood products, metal, and stone products are covered by this warranty for one (1) year.
This warranty is made solely by the retailer. Any claims by the original consumer purchaser (Buyer) for coverage under this warranty shall go through the Retailer who sold the specific piece of merchandise. It is the Retailer’s responsibility to contact TOV with any claims by a Buyer.

If due to a warranted defect, a TOV product or part fails to function during the warranted period for one (1) year from the date of delivery, the Retailer shall look to TOV for a remedy, delivering the product or part as well as the original receipt to the Retailer. The Retailer’s original purchase information is needed in order for TOV to verify eligibility to file a claim. Once the Retailer’s information has been validated, this automatically opens a claim for warranted product or part. Next, the Retailer must provide the following requirements for their claim: 1) One photo of the entire product, 2) Two to Three Photos of the Claim/Defective Area(s), at different angles. The Retailer, in turn, will work with TOV to determine whether the product or part is covered by the warranty provided herein, with TOV having the sole discretion to determine whether the product or part is actually covered by the warranty. Following receipt of Claim Requirements from the Retailer, TOV will proceed and secure in-home service to repair the product or part if repairable, or replace the product or part with the same item if not repairable, or in the event that is that exact item is no longer available, replace the product or part with an item of comparable value. Retailer must work with TOV in its verification of the warranty claim. If Retailer has a bona fide warranty claim and Retailer is no longer in business, Retailer may contact TOV. TOV will not be obligated to refund money to Retailer.
Proper care and use are essential to preserving your rights under this warranty. This warranty is void and/or does not apply for any of the following reasons:
This warranty applies to furniture utilized under normal household use and conditions, by the original purchaser, and maintained in accordance with TOV and Retailer’s care instructions. If Retailers care instructions are contrary to TOV’s care instructions, TOV’s care instructions shall prevail and, if violated, will nullify this warranty. Any abuse or neglect will void this warranty.
In no event will Retailer or TOV be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as, but not limited to: damage to other property owned by the Buyer or 3rd parties, or personal injuries sustained by Buyer or 3rd parties.
The warranties set forth in this Limited Warranty are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied.No one, including but not limited to TOV employees or agents, is authorized to assume for TOV any additional liability or responsibility in connection with TOV’s products except and described above.
Any item repaired or replaced under the Warranty will be covered by the Warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period only
